The ESG Committee monitors relevant industry news and issues with regards to environmental, social and governance (ESG) integration and sustainable investing. They develop training sessions and educational content for members to acquire and broaden ESG-related knowledge and skills. Occasionally, committee members are invited to contribute to the development of positions on specific ESG issues or initiatives within the investment industry. Members also provide advisory support and knowledge to CFA Montreal with respect to the implementation of internal practices related to environmental, social and governance criteria.
