We are committed to promoting the highest standards of ethics and professional excellence, enhancing and raising awareness of the CFA® designation, contributing to investor knowledge and providing services and events that further the development of our members' expertise and careers.
CFA Institute sets the standards for the practices of investment professionals and administers the CFA® program, which leads to the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. The CFA Institute is made up of more than 167,000 investment experts in 164 markets.

The Governance Committee is composed of board members.
