SCHOLARSHIPS
CFA Montréal and CFA Institute scholarships help make the CFA charter more attainable and give more people an opportunity to advance their career.
COMPETITIONS
CFA Institute holds two global competitions every year to provide students with hands-on financial analysis experience through real-world case studies. Teams of three to five students are selected by participating universities and coached by an academic advisor.
Research Challenge
Through the CFA Institute Research Challenge, students have access to mentoring and intensive training in financial analysis and professional ethics.
Ethics Challenge
Ethics Challenge participants analyze a case that contains a variety of ethical dilemmas that they may face as investment professionals.

WEBINAR: PREPPING FOR THE CFA EXAMS
This is an opportunity to obtain actionable tips and strategies from those who have recently taken all three CFA exams.
Career Day
A chance for students to interact with CFA candidates and charterholders. Learn more about the professional journeys of leading industry professionals. Take part in a series of dynamic 20-minute speed meetings in small groups (about 10 people at a time) designed to let you benefit from the insights of a series of experts in the field. And discover the multiple career options available to CFA charterholders.
VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES
Every year, more than 100 dedicated individuals volunteer their time and talent to make CFA Montréal initiatives a success.

Lend a hand to the University Relations Committee by helping out with a CFA Montréal info session, stand, booth, networking reception, academic competition or other event.

Be a part of the welcome team for a CFA Montréal talk or presentation in exchange for free admission to the event.

Candidates who have taken all three exams
If you have been through the experience of taking all three CFA exams, we’d love to have you on our panel on January 26, 2024, so you can share your experiences and insights with other aspiring CFA charterholders.
