Jo-Ann Hajdamacha became CFA Montréal’s Executive Director in July 2021. In this role, she is responsible for the management and administration of the Society and for the implementation of the strategic plan established by the Board of Directors. She is also in charge of CFA Montréal’s overall visibility and, as such, works to raise the profile of the CFA designation and profession, optimize business development and create strategic synergies.

Jo-Ann has more than 25 years of experience in human resources, event planning, customer service and strategic development of corporate partnerships and communications.

She has worked with a variety of associations and in the investment and entrepreneurial sectors, serving as an account director for Réseau Capital and head of member services and sponsorships at Anges Québec. In recent years, she worked as an independent human resources consultant, helping small and medium-sized businesses grow and thrive.

Jo-Ann is committed to staying current on the latest business management practices and recently completed a microprogram in organizational behaviour at HEC Montréal.
