The Montreal CFA Society has three active member categories: regular, affiliate and local. Regular and affiliate members enjoy the same benefits, but only regular members have voting privileges. Regular and affiliate members belong to both associations (CFA Institute and CFA Montreal) and can therefore take advantage of the many educational resources offered by the two organizations. CFA Program candidates are invited to join as affiliate members and become regular members upon earning their designation.
