JULIE DUCHARME, CFA
Julie Ducharme, CFA, is a Director and an investment strategist within BlackRock’s Active Equity business. Julie is responsible for institutional product strategy across both Systematic and Fundamental Active Equity products. Within this role Julie helps shape new product initiatives and drive large institutional mandates. Prior to her role in Active Equities, Julie was a member of BlackRock's Global Consultant Relations Group where she was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with investment consultants and institutional investors. Ms. Ducharme's service with the firm dates back to 2011. Previously, she was a principal for Mercer Investment Management where she was responsible for delivering investment solutions and reporting on Mercer's investment strategies to clients. Prior to joining Mercer Investment Management in 2008, she was a senior manager researcher at Mercer where she rated investment managers across all major types of asset classes focusing on global strategies in currency, tactical asset allocation, and fixed income. Ms. Ducharme earned a BA degree in Mathematics from Concordia University in 1998.
