With more than 7 years of experience in the transactional field, Omar Mourad has notably held the position of M&A analyst at EY. He has been involved in more than a dozen transactions including sales, acquisitions and refinancing of companies. He previously worked in various departments at Desjardins.

Omar Mourad is a CFA charterholder and a graduate in finance from JMSB. He serves as an observer on various boards of directors (Lou-Tec, La Canadienne) and is involved in the University Relations Committee of the CFA Montreal Chapter.
