Help define your profession’s training needs

CFA Institute, in close collaboration with CFA Societies, is developing a career-focused competency framework to guide members in the skills they need to develop in their existing job role or transition into a new job role.

To ensure the relevance and validity of the competency framework, it is important we hear your views and opinions on the job descriptions and competencies  identified so far.

CFA Institute has developed a survey tool to receive your feedback. The framework will be iterated to reflect the trends that emerge from your comments. Please note that the survey is not optimized for mobile devices.
