2023 EDITION OF THE CANDIDATES SCHOLARSHIP

Once again this year, CFA Montréal is pleased to award five scholarships to candidates selected among Montreal university students. To encourage greater representation of women in the investment industry, three scholarships are specifically intended for them.

CFA MONTRÉAL SCHOLARSHIPS 

Registration opened on January 20 and closes on February 28, 2023.

The announcement of the scholarship’s recipients will take place at the end of March 2023. 

Four scholarships offered by Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ)

As a major partner of CFA Montréal, CDPQ is proud to contribute to the development of the next generation of investment professionals and to bring more women into the financial industry. CDPQ is therefore pleased to offer four scholarships worth $2,500 each, two of which will be awarded to female candidates.

A scholarship offered by Adriana Arrillaga, CFA

A $3,000 scholarship is offered by Adriana Arrillaga, CFA, to a female candidate from the Goodman Institute of Investment Management at Concordia University who has passed her CFA Level I exam.

The submission form must be completed on the CFA Montréal website before 5:00 PM on February 28, 2023. All applications received after this deadline will not be considered. A selection committee will identify, among the candidates who have submitted an application, the scholarship’s recipients which will be announced at the end of March.
