Unleash your Leadership Strengths to accelerate Professional Progression

Interactive bilingual workshop based on the innovative Strengthsfinder approach with the certified coach Nathalie Sabourin, M.Sc, CRHA

To succeed in an environment in constant flux, we must draw on our own leadership skills, collaborate across borders, and work with a wide range of teams and partners. Exceptional leaders will tell you their professional success has come, at least in part, from a deep understanding of their strengths and the ability to acquire the means to demonstrate their excellence and build on the potential of their collaborators.

This workshop will give you the tools you need to identify your strengths, optimize them on the job and turn them into a lever for success. You will learn to:
  • Recognize your strenghs and your excellence zone at work to unleash your leadership;
  • Identify strategies and tools to reach your full potential and align your strengths with your professional plan;
  • Understand your strenghts profile according to Gallup Strengthsfinder Assessment

Each participant will need to take the Strengthsfinder2.0 (Top 5) Assesment before the workshop.
Registration cost includes access to the assessement and results.
