Luncheon Presentations: The Montreal CFA Society regularly presents educational and topical luncheon presentations aimed at enhancing our members’ investment decision-making skills. These luncheon meetings are held once a month, usually on Wednesday, from September to June of the following year. They are open to Society members as well as their guests. Annual Events: The Montreal CFA Society also hosts international forums such as the Annual Forecast Dinner, held in June, and an annual fundraising event for charity, the «Evening of Discovery - Wine & Fine Cheese». These events offer great networking environments and a chance to interact with leaders of the profession. Advocacy: The Montreal CFA Society is active in professional representation and advocacy regarding issues of high importance in view of governmental and public scrutiny of capital markets. Continuing Education: Membership in the Montreal CFA Society provides a diversity of rewards and opportunities for personal development and for the advancement of the investment professional.
