CFA Montreal and CFA Quebec invite you to assist in the final stage of the Global Investment Research Challenge Quebec.

Bourse de Montréal - 4th floor Amphitheatre (800 Square Victoria, Montreal)

DESCRIPTION :
After having submitted their written analyst report to the jury, the students will defend their investment thesis on Metro Inc in front of a jury of portfolio managers:

February 12th Finals - Judges:
1. Stéphane Gagnon, Fonds des professionnels
2. Daniel Dupont, Fidelity
3. Stephen Kibsey, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec

The 2010 jury who received the written presentations are:
1. Jean-François Laplante, FTQ
2. Vincent Dostie
3. Daniel Lavoie, Montrusco Bolton
4. Benoît Caron, Financière Banque Nationale

Come and see the action and witness first-hand the outstanding ability of many of the competitors. Come and encourage our students to excel. The winning team will go to New York to represent Quebec at the North American Finals. If they win there, they will go on to the World Finals in Hong-Kong.

Those who wish to attend the presentation are requested to register before 4:00 pm Friday, February 5.
