Morningstar healthcare strategist Damien Conover, CFA will present an overview of the investment prospects in the healthcare sector. As U.S. healthcare spending continues to grow at unsustainable levels, Congress is pushing forward significant healthcare reform. Uncertainty surrounding the overhaul is creating opportunities for investing in healthcare companies. Mr. Conover will review the reform proposals and explain which companies stand to benefit as well as companies to avoid. Additionally, as mergers and acquisitions continue to heat up in the healthcare space, Mr. Conover will highlight the next likely acquisition targets.
